Those who understand the language of the Doom Loop will immediately understand and know the answer.
If you don’t, here’s a clue:
• Q1 = You like what you are doing, but aren’t necessarily good at it;
• Q2 = You like what you are doing and you are good at it;
• Q3 = You don’t like what you are doing, but you are good at it;
• Q4 = You don’t like what you are doing and you aren’t good at it.
Think about how you might feel in each of the “Q’s” (“Q” stands for “Quadrant”).
You will have different feelings – depending in what quadrant you find yourself.
The Doom Loop is a very simple, yet powerful career management tool that enables you to understand where you are, why you are there, and what you might need to do to deal with a particular career crisis.
Check it out. This blog explains it – and you can always “buy the book!”
The Doom Loop might just be the best friend you will ever have.
